Cotton yarn
The production process includes:
- Blowing room process. Openning cotton bales, mixing and cleaning.
- Carding. Forcing the majority of fibers to line up in one direction.
- Lap forming. Collecting the fibers into a ribbon.
- Winding slivers on spools.
- Combing. Separating tangled fibers. Removing irregularities, knots and short fibers.
- Drawing. Stretching the cotton sliver between rollers.
- Rowing. Twisting the sliver.
- Spinning. Twisting individual fibers into one thread.
- Winding the yarn on the bobbin.
- Twisting a single strand of yarn.
- Plying two or more strands of yarn together.
- Winding finished yarn on cones, a constant length of yarn on each cone.
Grey Fabric
The production process includes:
- Warp preparation. Winding yarn onto warping beam.
- Sizing the warp with colloidal solution of starch.
- Threading the warp through the heddles and the reed.
- Weaving. Interlacing of two sets of threads, warp and weft.
- Inspection for defects, cutting into rolls of proper quality and size and packaging.
Denim
The production process includes:
- Warping.
Pulling threads of yarn from cones and winding them onto a beam, parallely to one another.
- Dyeing and then applying size to the warp.
- Drawing-in the threads from warping beam through the eyes of heddles and between teeth
of reed.
- Weaving on shuttleless looms.
- Singeing. Removing fuzz from the surface of fabric by burning.
- Mercerizing. Treating the fabric with a solution of sodium hydroxide, NaOH.
- Sanforizing. Preshrinking fabric using steaming roller and mechanical pressure of rubber belt.
The cloth is saturated with hot steam. Then the fabric follows contraction of the belt.
- Inspection for defects, measuring, cutting into rolls and packaging.
The production facilities operate 24 hours a day.
